But some clients ask our help just to keep track of what key stakeholders say and think about them. We run focus groups, hold stakeholder meetings and monitor opinion trends, and conduct one-off stakeholder audits.
For example, for a housebuilder we conducted a major audit of decision-makers at the London Development Agency. For The Royal Parks, we have conducted a number of communications audits to track the opinions of key stakeholder groups on the operation and running of the eight Royal Parks.
